The Zoning Commission meets the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m.

The zoning variance fee has increased from $100.00 to $250.00.  This is a non-refundable fee.

402.2 I

1. A Zoning certificate shall be required for the construction of an above or in-ground pool one hundred (100) feet or larger in perimeter.
2. A swimming pool shall be used solely by the occupants of the principal use or their guests of the property on which it is located.
3. A swimming pool shall not be located closer than twenty-five (25) feet to any lot line.
4. An in-ground swimming pool shall be completely enclosed by a locked, gated fence or wall at least four (4) feet in height and not less than six (6) feet in perimeter of the pool.
